Forum Announcements, Help, Suggestions / Forum Upgraded to Version 2.1 ...

Well, I decided to go ahead and upgrade the forum to version 2.1 Release Candidate 1.  Then main reason was so that I could switch the board over to use PHP 7.2 instead of 5.6.

So far I've gotten the Campaign and Character Color stuff working again.

Since my web host enabled cPanel & WHM's AutoSSL | cPanel Blog feature, decided to convert the site to use HTTPS.
