Hey, Head - how does that happen? Is it because I sometimes use multiple instances of the browser and it counts me as logged in several times at once? I think we should use a more balanced forum.

No.. I can access the board as either myself or logged out as guest with multiple browsers and just counts 1 as being online.  Maybe it was getting hammered with bots or something from different IP addresses.  I know at somepoint I ran a multi access test from various places in the country to check response times but I don't remember doing that to the forum.. maybe I did, LOL I dunno.

A quick check shows 491 different IP addresses hit the forum in July.

From 11:21 to 11:36 on July 24th, these IP addresses hit the forum:

The 202's and 219's were all msnbot's.

So, there were in fact 27 different IP addresses to hit the forum within a 15 minute time frame.
