I'm fiddling around with the personal message code

I'm fiddling around with the personal message code to see if I can indicate if a message you sent has been read yet or not.  So.. that part of the board might go wacky.   

Once I announce it's actually working, don't trust what it indicates.  Right now there's just a Received column placeholder that I've added.

When you send a personal message, make sure you save a copy in your outbox (there's an option in your profile where you can make this the default action).  It will now tell you if the recipient has recieved/looked at their messages.  I had to make a development theme cause I kept crashing the thing
